Our Management Contract includes:

– Legal advice

– Yields between 5-8%.
Rental
For selected properties we can be your long-term tenants. This means that we guarantee your rent, regardless of occupancy, for as long as we agree. We also take care of adapting, furnishing, fitting out and maintaining your home to make it the best option for our tenants.
Our Master Lease Agreement includes:
